This selection of articles and other texts provide various perspectives on the value, meaning, and purpose of lay ecclesial ministry in the church today. Many also provide analysis of important theological and pastoral issues associated with the continuing implementation of the Co-Workers document and lay ecclesial ministry throughout the United States.
